Refund Policy

If you feel that the seafood delivered to you is not fresh or a mistake made by our shipping carrier, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. When appropriate, we will refund your money, depending on the circumstances. Please provide us with your purchase receipt and snap a photo of the seafood in order to request for a refund.
